Wait: You must wait. Or get an HIV 1/2 antibody test but know you will have to repeat it in the future. At twelve weeks it cannot be 100% accurate. in the future if you have a high risk exposure there is a treatment to prevent infection if started within 72 hours. If you have repeated high risk exposures there is a treatment to take before exposure to prevent infection.
