Costochondritis: This could be just inflammation at the sternoclavicular joint or costochondritis (inflammation at the ribs), both of which typically will resolve with conservative treatment. I think it would be reasonable to watch it for a few days and try some NSAIDs (ibuprofen or Aleve), and then see a physician if the symptoms persist.
