A member asked:

How could a chest lesion contribute to hyperprolactenimia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Suckling reflex.: Seems that chest wall injury may activate local neural net that simulates "suckling" reflex. This should produce a modest rise in prolactin - nothing like a prolactinoma.
