No: Loss of libido has several causes but definitely not related to intake of whey protein. However, the use of protein powders must be rational. Some people abuse the use protein powder. too much protein is not good for your kidneys. Always stay balanced. Protein powders may b important for those who are vegetarian and very picky with food. Muscle building may be done with a good diet.

No: Loss of libido is not a side effect of Whey protein that I am aware of. You may want to see your MD to check thyroid and testosterone levels if you are experiencing loss of libido at 30 years of age.
