Routine blood test showed calcium level low at 8.2. normal is 8.7-10.2. vit d on low end of normal at 36. cbc normal. should i be concerned?

Yes: Get yourself some sunlight -- it takes very little -- and/or some oily fish or vitamin D tablets. In addition, the low calcium, while not dangerous by itself, may be a flag for borderline-low albumin from some other illness. Get it rechecked in a few months or sooner if you feel unwell.
