Unclear: Have you had unprotected sex? Could you be pregnant.? Even though your period was late was it normal flow or heavy? There is the consideration of pregnancy. If you have had a "light period" have you taken a pregnancy test. There is always the possibility you are miscarrying. Please see your doctor as soon as possible.

PG test: Whenever a period is late, the first thing to be sure is that you are not pregnant. Take a pregnancy test. If your pain is severe, or you have fever and uncontrolled vomiting, go to the ER (whether pregnant or not). Repeat the test in a week. You can have bleeding when pregnant. If negative then and still feeling sick, see your doc.
