Could be fractured: The toe could be fractured to a more or lesser degree. It will eventually heal on its own, but may stay somewhat crooked. If you think that may bother you, see a surgeon. The can do anything between simply giving you a cast to straighten the toe out and doing reconstructive surgery.

Buddy tape: It sounds like you may have broken your toe. I would buddy tape it. Get a bandage (not bandaid) and wrap the 4th and 3rd toe together. This will help keep 4th from moving around. Keep it that way for 5-7 days. Iburofen should help with swelling as well as resting. If its still painful in 2-3 days go see your doctor you may need to be referred to podiatrist/ortho

Dislocated toe: It appears that you dislocated one or two of your toes and then you were able to "reduce" back into place. If it still looks off you need to see a doctor and x-rays may be necessary to see if the toe(s) is (are) still dislocated
