Several: The acetaminophen is the big problem. Max dose no more than 3000mg a day. For this type of pain control, I prefer to use plain narcotic without additional acetaminophen. Other question is what is causing pain and can that be corrected so pain gone? Please do not over use your medicine as you can cause injury, If ineffective, discuss with treating provider. Please be careful. Hope this helps

Worried about liver toxicity/damage. I took a single dose of diflucan then drank heavily for two days. I blacked out and I feel dizzy 3 days later.
