Get a water pick: This sounds like a tonsil stone. You can use a water pick to see if this comes off. Chronic problems may exacerbate as a result but if doesnt resolve you should see an ent

?stone: Yr age is not listed. Causes:stone(tonsillolith)caused by calcification of bacterial debris.Eating dry crackers daily for a week may help dislodge stone (if that is what it is). It is best to see a doctor if you have a reason for leukplakia to be there (such as chewing tobacco or smoking).

Tonsillar debris: Tonsillar cryptic debris is foul yellow/white concretions which reside in the folds/crypts of the tonsils. They can cause irritation and halitosis. Gargles, mouthwashes, temporary antibiotics and manual dislodging can help however they often recur. An otolaryngologist may remove or cauterize the tonsils to improved this problem.
