May: Any strong negative emotions or stress is definitely not good for the fetus.

Anger and pregnancy: Anger could raise blood pressure and this is not good for the mom. High adrenalin levels in mom could constrict uterine blood flow, but likely this is transient. We know that babies in utero are affected by environmental sounds. Sweet sounds, like Mozart music, have positive effects. Angry sounds - let's avoid anger.

Never good: Minimizing stress is ideal during pregnancy, and of course, yelling is stressful. But the actual quantitative effect yelling isn't clearly delineated. Stress reduction like yoga and counseling during pregnancy does reduce stress hormones which have been associated with preterm labor, but again there are limited studies in regards to this.
