Exam: She may have barotrauma from cabibn pressure or a clogged eustachian tube. The pain requires a thorough exam and treatment.

Get checked: there can be unresolved infection in either the ear or in the TM joint. Alteratively, the TM joint could be in a loaded posture giving rise to the clogged sensation.
