Wash, cook: All fresh fruits and vegs eaten raw should be washed thoroughly. Person preparing food should wash hands and use clean knife and cutting board. Meat should be properly stored, raw meats should be prepared by heating to the advised temperature. Eggs should not be consumed raw.
