Options: Could be one of three reasons 1. alcohol on board, 2. anxiety about performance, 3. the Celexa (citalopram). Try again after being off Celexa (citalopram). Do not stop Celexa (citalopram) "cold turkey". Taper it down like one every other day for two doses then one every 3rd day for 3 doses. If after that you have no problem with intercourse talk to your doctor about another medication but let the doc know what u r doing.first.

Confronting such, consider lowering its dose, trying its potential substitute, or working on healthy lifestyle without obsession to regain better mental and physical health so you may not need such drug. All these require your hard work & collaboration with professionals.

Common with SSRI's: Medications like Celexa (citalopram) are commonly associated with effects as you mentioned, it can be seen in 25-75% of patients depending on the study and severity. 10% of patients will have some relief spontaneously as the body "adjusts" to the medications. Otherwise, sometimes it's necessary to change medications. Sometimes other meds are added to help "counteract" this effect. Talk to your doc about this
