Which is better yoga or tai chi for stretching? i'm 21 broke my tibia and femur in my right leg at 16. i workout but don't stretch. help?

Yoga: Both can be affective. Try yoga for 4-6 weeks , with an instructed class. If you do not see improvement, then try Tai Chi

Probably yoga...: Flowing movements as in yoga, or walking or jogging exercises are better for stretching. While studies have not clearly proven this, increasing numbers of experts agree that dynamic stretching is the best stretching routine before a workout or competition.

Yoga: Tai Chi is a series of gentle movements and in general doesn't involve significant stretching.
