30 weeks ultrasound: The error in the ultrasound measurements at 30 weeks is +/- 3wk. If you had an early scan that confirmed your dates, it is more accurate for dating. If all the measurements agree, this is the error of the test. Fetal weight is on a standard curve, if the baby is between the 10th and 90th percentile-> normal weight variation.
