Anxiety: Would recommend evaluation w/ Physician/Paych. May have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, which has features of both depression & anxiety. Panic disorder & other anxiety conditions are in the differential. Sometimes formal counselling/ psychtherapy & medications are necessary.
