Breathing issues: can be a symptom of an anxiety disorder. Please see you doc to be clear about any physical problems and then a mental health professional who can teach you stress management. "Hope and Help for your Nerves" is an old book by Claire Weakes which may also be helpful. Peace and good health.

Anxiety: Would recommend evaluation w/ Physician/Paych. May have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, which has features of both depression & anxiety. Panic disorder & other anxiety conditions are in the differential. Sometimes formal counselling/ psychtherapy & medications are necessary. Stress reduction & relaxation techniques - meditation/yoga/breathing exercises may help

Start w med eval to: rule out medical causes. To address stress: Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Try Qi Gong, Tai Chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, Yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or
