Cough: If she had a cough and it's getting worse she should check it out for her own sake. There is no correlation between cough and anesthetic

Depends: The inhaled gasses used to provide anesthesia will sometimes trigger irritation and excessive mucous flow in the lungs, especially if the patient was incubating a respiratory virus or other issue. If the kid is taking fluids well, playing some and happy, you could just monitor the issue.If the kid is not drinking,playing and the symptoms are worsening, a recheck is worthwhile.

Not uncommon: Some coughing or throat discomfort is not uncommon after a general anesthesia. In most cases, cough after anesthesia doesn't last long and no treatment is needed.
