I want to send my mri report regarding whether i should go for surgery or not

Not good idea: To have one of us review your MRI without taking a thorough history and performing a good physical examination, in order to give you an opinion on whether you have surgery or not is not a good idea. Imaging is helpful in making a diagnosis, but it is only 1 piece of info. Need all 3 to make proper diagnosis. Sorry. Hope this helps. Can always get 2nd or 3rd opinion from another surgeon locally
