NO: Do not worry, occasional diagnostic x-ray scans ( ct< x - rays etc) will not cause cancers., amount of radiation is low.

The additional : Risk of cancer is very, very low, but not zero. All tests that use ionizing radiation (like the ones listed) ever so slightly raise the risk of cancer. However, that increased risk is extremely small compared to the natural risk of cancer. For example, the lifetime risk of cancer is approximately 20% and the added risk from 1 ct is very roughly estimated at 0.05% (10 msv dose).
