Infertility: Sometimes infections such as those can cause scarring of the Fallopian tubes which can be a cause of infertility. Make an appointment with your doctor, discuss your concerns. Bring your fiancé with you. Your doctor will get you started on a work up to see what if anything is preventing pregnancy.

Infertility: Although infertility is a possible outcome of the infections you have had, I would not worry about this too much yet. At age 19, you have plenty of fertile years ahead to get pregnant. If you are really in a hurry for some reason then you should see your doctor. The first step would be to do a semen analysis on a sample from your boyfriend, then if that is normal there are tests you may need.
