Extremely unlikely: It is exceedingly unlikely that either gonorrhea or chlamydia would persist so long; almost always cleared by the immune system within a few months. Also oral sex is very low risk. Several conditions cause identical symptoms as chlamydia or gonorrhea (discharge, urinary pain, spotting after sex, etc). See a doctor, but if this is the only possible exposure, these STDs aren't the cause.
