I have recently started sleeping late like 5 or 6am but i still have atleast 8 hours sleep, my face has started to have a lot of pimples is this why?

Unlikely: Sleep is an important restorative input to your general health and 8 hours would be a minimum. If you are very active physically you might need more. However, the sleep factor has little if any direct input to your cycles of breakouts. Hormonal factors and variations in your skin care patterns have more influence on breakouts.
