Yes: Often attachments to the epididymis twist and then atrophy or disappear. This may be the case with your right side. If you are still concerned an Ultrasound can identify this.

Tough to feel: most people without medical training would have a hard time feeling where their epididymis is. It's just above your testicle and since it's small typically you may not feel it well unless it's infected or inflamed.

Firm bump found to the right of the tail of epididymis. Right tesitcle. Can vary in size (2mm-5mm). Sometimes can't find it (disappears). Can be shifted around from side of the tail to the tip if testicle is massaged firmly. No other symtoms?
I have huge swelling in Spermatic cord/epidydymis starting from top of scrotum and goes all the way to the tail of epididymis. No pain and can't tell much difference in testicle other than bulgy structure near tail of epiydydmis when loose.Any ideas?
