Agree: Definitely discuss with your MD how best to do this. If different doctors are prescribing the medications then you need to make sure that they communicate. Both should not be stopped abruptly. Both can be safely tapered over several weeks. You might want to taper one at a time so that if your mood changes you know what caused it.

MEDICATION: Best to discuss medication with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions.
