Get evaluated: may be postural or mechanical depending on computer use, work, school, etc. however there are too many possibilities to go over. get checked out

Pain is a clue: That what you are doing is not working in some way. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health,but standing long hours or other really big stresses on muscles and joints often cause pain because it isn't a good thing to do! Change positions, sit some, posture work, yoga/flexibiity/tai chi

Muscular pain : Most likely it's muscular pain related to posture . Try back strengthening exercises and see doctor if not improving.
