Cream(s): I usually recommend a nitroglycerin-based ointment. Also, some pharmacies can make up their own concoction with the collaboration of your doctor. This is called a compounding pharmacy. Perhaps talk with your local compounding pharmacist to see if they have a formulation that is helpful. It is vitally important that you find out why you're having this problem and prevent it/let it heal. Good luck
