Circumcision healing: Need to follow up with your surgeon who can see the abnormalities you mention. Glad you are healing well. That is a difficult operation to go through for an adult. Make sure the bubbles are not blisters of infection.

Need more info: Continuing or increasing pain, redness, swelling, fever, chills, and a discolored or smelly discharge are some concerning symptoms. If you also have some of these signs of infection, you should contact your doctor.

Not sure: difficult to say on dermatologic questions without seeing them. Certainly some scar develops with some irregularities of skin after circumcision, cannot say in your particular case, but scar, skin irregularity is likely to be present after a deep cut.

Post op: Most likely these are areas where there are stitches underneath. Be patient and wait for the final outcome :)
