1-2 days. without co: The recovery time from general eneral anesthesia is 24-48hrs. A hystoroscopy, polypectomy does not require any abdominal incisions and within a couple days one should feel better if there are no complications.

Post op hysteroscopy: You should feel fairly normal 24 hours later. Some cramps are common and controllable with NSAIDS.
