Probably : If this is not normal for you , then I would say yes. Not all people have the same libido /sex drives so what is normal for one may be abnormal for another. Only you know this . As far feeling tired all the time , do you eat a healthy diet? Exercise? Get adequate sleep? Are feeling depressed? . See your doctor if you are concern for a physical exam and diagnostic studies as needed .

Hhypogonadism/hypoth: Allow your physician to check for metabolic reasons that could be causing a low libido as well, like low thyroid or low testosterone (hypogonadism), but the previous physicians are absolutely correct in that those are the more common reasons.
