Menstrual Cycle: Women's menstrual cycles can vary in length for a variety of reasons. Small changes in your cycle does not necessarily mean that something is wrong. Stress, weight changes, breastfeeding, medications and menopause can all contribute to changing cycle lengths. You should talk to your OBGYN about your specific case.
