NO and YES: Smoking increases risk of heart attack among other very bad effects. Boxing is beneficial as exercise but risks brain injury. Exercise reduces the risk of heart attack.

Smoking is hazardous: Boxing, no. Smoking, YES INDEED. Smoking is a major risk factor for coronary artery disease ( the cause of heart attacks) as well as cancer and emphysema.
