Call your doctor: Have you been skipping meals? Are you hypoglycemic? Perhaps, get some blood work or maybe more importantly than blood would be urine and look for a UTI.

I repeat myself....: If this is the first occurrence of such a thing, please get yourself to your neurologist. If this is a recurrence, please get yourself to your neurologist. Unless there is a treatment plan in place, get yourself to your neurologist. Tremors are tough to beat, but you can if you get together with your doctor earlier rather than later. Not an emergency, but serious enough to attend to soon.

Contact neurologist: Several considerations including focal seizure activity, a lesion in your cerebellum, or even spinal cord. This may represent a relapse, and treatment is needed to reverse. Your current MS medication may be failing, and a newer more potent agent may be required. Symptomatic meds to handle leg issues could be useful.
