Cancer...well....: not very likely at all. Some growths in the intestines can change stool quality. Carcinoid tumors (mostly pancreas) increase bowel activity and diarrhea. Some adenomas, polyps can be associated with diarrhea. Some inflammations of the bowel also (but painful and bloody). And all of these could develop into cancer. Chronic diarrhea more common to be malabsorption cannot say in your case.

Not likely: Chance of cancer is low. But you need to see surgeon or GI doc for good work up possibly to include colonoscopy. This could be many things. History and exam from doc, with appropriate work up can give answers and target proper treatment! Live healthy and be well!
