Yes : The meds could make the CBC abnormal. Talk to your doctor about the results. Also the labs could be abnormal due to the reason you were treated with the medicine

Yes: Prednisone is a steroid which can cause an elevation in the white blood cell count on a CBC. Amoxil (amoxicillin) would have no impact on the results during a viral infection, but would cause a decrease in white blood cell count during successful treatment of a bacterial infection.
