Food related/ virus: Juan, you likely have some degree of food poisoning or a viral intestinal infection. Since the purpose of the ER is to identify life threatening illnesses, when they tell you that "nothing is wrong," what they mean is that there is nothing that will kill you right now. The diarrhea should only last 3-5 days. Drink lots of fluids, and rest. You should be better soon. If you aren't, see your doctor.
