Warmth,Pain med, I&D: You may have inflammation of a local sweat gland or hair follicle which can be quite painful. Warm compress/ heat pad to the area and acetominophen or ibuprofen for the pain might help. However there may be a collection of "pus" which may require drainage. See your doctor for this treatment.
