Extremely likely: Sperm cells live on the average 24-72 hours in a woman's birth canal after ejaculation. Depending on when you had, or plan to have intercourse, it is very likely you CAN become pregnant if the time of sexual intercourse is within 24-48 hours of ovulation. A late period, or positive pregnancy are the best two indicators, when combined, to prove whether you are truly pregnant or not.
