14 days: You usually ovulate around the 14 th day before you start your period. Thus if your periods are 28 days apart , it would be day 14. If they are 29 days then day 15 from the first day you bleed. If 30 days apart then day 16. This is the approximate time and can vary by a day. So you need to determine how many days between in order to determine the day. Ovulation test kits can help
