Urine?: I assume you have been seen by your physician but if not, you should definitely go in. A number of things that come to mind are infection given the high WBC count- In that region I would be concerned about your urinary tract (pain? burning? or blood when you pee? I would want your doctor to check a urine for infection. Also your colon is there (diarrhea? constipation?)- lots of possibilities.
