Non specific: Many ST-T wave abnormalities are nonspecific. By themselves, they may not represent any problem, because a variety of unrelated issues can cause them - for example, electrolyte abnormalities from dehydration, hyperventilation from anxiety, and other non heart related problems are possible causes. So they don't necessarily indicate a heart problem. Talk to your doctor about possible causes for you
