I have this headache that started the second i used hair spray although i held my breath and moved a few steps away to breath again. any thoughts?

Irritants: There are plenty of things in there that can be irritants or allergy causing agents. Always hold your breath for a while after spraying or move from the area if it bothers you. Obviously avoid spraying into the wind and getting it all over your face, May take an anti-infammatory if not allergic to any- for the headache.
