Vaginal bleeding: Not sure, depends on your age. You could have a benign fibroid in the uterus which can bleed on occasion. If you are menstruating, your cycle may be irregular, which can happen from time to time. If you are post menopausal, bleeding is of concern and you should get a pelvic exam.
