Pressure feeling above public line and lower back only started after had bm after being constipated. could i still have more stuck

Maybe: You could still be constipated but the other possibility based on the location of the pressure, is a urinary tract infection. If you still feel constipated, take a bowel stimulant like Miralax (polyethylene glycol) or Magnesium citrate. Then if you still have that pressure and/or burning urination, see your doctor for a urine test. Constipation can lead to urine retention due to pressure on the bladder.
