I am having two lymph nodes on right side of my neck under the throat from last one week. what medication is required.

Probably none: It depends on the cause of the adenopathy. If it's caused by a viral infection, no treatment is needed. If it's bacterial, then it might require an antibiotic. Other more serious issues can cause enlarged lymph nodes as well. Your physician can exam and advice you.

Neck Mass: I can't be certain if what you describe are lymph nodes, thyroid nodules or even possibly Thyroglossal duct cyst. You need to have a physical exam by a qualified doctor to diagnose the underlying condition.
