Give as much info: Answering questions is much easier and more likely to be helpful if you provide as much info as possible. Answer about your gender, conditions, medications, age, procedures etc. Your place of living can even be helpful. From what you provided, I can only say that I hope you feel better and if not, go to a doctor for an exam. We cannot read minds or see through walls - we're good but not that good.

Very worrisome: I would have great concern that your blood return from the veins in your chest and arms has been compromised. Your should seek urgent help as this could even be life-threatening.
