Take at night: Try taking your pills at night, then eat some crackers before you lift your head off the pillow in the am. This is similar to morning sickness, and the crackers is an easy way to help with mild importing sickness. The crackers absorb the acid in your stomach that has accumulated overnight. If the nausea doesn't improve, you may need to consider the patch or vaginal ring.
