Possible drug effect: While blurred vision is not a listed side effect of Zofran (ondansetron), (ondansetron) uncommon side-effects can occur with any medicine. The fact that the blurred vision went away when you stopped the drug suggests that the drug caused it. The only way to prove that would be to restart Zofran (ondansetron) and see if it recurs.
