Not really: Get checked and make sure nothing is going on with the cervix. You can have some spotting if you have a vaginal infection which would also need to be treated.

Spotting pregnancy: The first question to answer is, is your baby active? Then are you cramping? If the baby is not active and you are cramping then you should contact your OB. Then, when was the last time you had intercourse. The cervix bleeds easily in pregnancy and it could be from that. Have you noticed anything else such as increased pelvic pressure? If you have then you should also contact your OB.
