Allergic..: It seems that you are allergic to cats based on the information you are giving us. As far as the sore is concerned this could be part of the allergic reaction or something else but it is not possible to tell without looking at it. I am not sure how easy is for you to access medications but you can ask your local pharmacist for an antihistaminic medication which should help with symptoms.
