Hello. My daughter has had a discoloration patch of the skin on the inside of her elbow for 5 months. Its not itchy nor sore but has a slight texture?

Bottom has been bleeding whilst wiping very sore feels like skin is all broken hurts to walk etc very itchy has been for a few weeks
